Additionally, Instagram worked with some of the best video scientists in the world to announce a video stabilization feature called ‘Cinema’, which basically stabilize the video’s one has shot and eliminate hand shake from them. This feature only works with the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5.

Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom said that the service allowed users to shoot videos for 15 seconds or the videos could be as short as 3 seconds. So it is not as limited as Vine. Unlike, Twitter Vines, the videos shot using Instagram don’t loop.

As far as the interface for the new feature was concerned, things remain largely the same. Only a video button has been added, and the videos can be tagged on the map and hashtagged just like the photos.
