Ola Play- Customize your ride

The Indian online transportation service ‘Ola’ will be the world’s first to provide a ‘customized entertainment ride’ for its users. To standout from all other online cab services especially the world leader Uber, Ola is taking various steps to make user experience better. Its various steps like widening the services to various types of cabs, tuk-tuk rickshaws and even 2-wheeler service is always in race with its competitors.

The Ola Play is one of its kind service which provide the users to select their favourite songs or radio channels while riding. The new service is added to the existing application as a new option and not as an entire application.  The hardware is a unique built in partnership with Qualcomm while the experience will rope in Apple Music, Sony LIV, Audio Compass and Fynd for content and software. Mahindra and Mahindra is integrating this technology in its vehicles used by Ola.

Ola Play will be initially available on Ola Prime in cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi for selected customers and will be rolled out to other cities and to other vehicles by March 2017.
